The Chillbillies and Hank Jr. at Smokies Baseball Stadium

Sept.20th, 2005

Larry was honored to take part in a great concert over in the Knoxville, Tn.
area with the "Chillbillies" last friday night. ( 9/16/05 )

The Chillbillies  shared the stage with Hank Williams Jr. on this special night which not only included a crowd pleasing set of Chillbillie Music
but they also ended their set performing three Lynyrd Skynyrd
songs with legendary Skynyrd drummer
Artimus Pyle.

Needless to say Artimus had a lot of fans at that concert who were really excited to see and hear him
( including the Chillbillies )
Thanks Artimus
for showing up and settin' in

Larry and the Chillbillies played a concert in Cookeville, Tenn.
in support of the Katrina Hurricane Relief Fund.
It was a fun show with several other groups performing.

Again the Chillbillies and the crowd were pleased to have Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle on the show.
Artimus played drums on a few Skynyrd songs behind the Chillbillies
and then called on drummer Will Roberts to play some drums behind him
while he sang a few more Skynyrd songs.

Larry and all of the Chillbillies were very grateful for the opportunity
to be a part of the relief efforts in Cookeville, Tenn.

and deeply appreciate all the support of every one involved
.

Jo-El Sonnier went into the studio on Nov.7 and recorded his part on the "Mission City Playboy" project.
Jo-El was in Nashville working on his own new project and agreed to play some squeeze box.
Larry and co-producer Jamey Whiting are very pleased to have Jo-El add his talents to this album.

Jo-El also played a little squeeze box on several of the Flying Burrito Brother sessions that Larry was a part of.
